I personally don’t think it’s possible (or healthy) to push away our thoughts… but we can welcome them with open arms and radically improve the quality of our thoughts.

Our inner voice is there with us 24-7, but that voice isn’t always kind. Our minds are rather imaginative, it likes to think in fear, making us stress and causing us anxiety which lead to all kinds of flight or fight response. But the mind is also the most powerful & magical thing in helping us creating new realities…

 
 

is a guided inward journey through your inner vision ~ where I help you cultivate a safe space to move through your emotions courageously (instead of suppressing them). My method is about slowing down your nervous system, so your body can feel safe to feel, without numbing, resisting or avoiding, so you can finally communicate with your inner guidance system, listen to your needs and heal your inner-child. So you can cultivate self-awareness to live consciously and intentionally, to respond instead of react.
